Between 22 to 24 July 2009 the Centro Universitario de Rivera (CUR) was held the First Conference on Research, Education and Extension and Research II Conference Centre University of Rivera.
Day's theme focused on regional issues related to research topics, teaching and outreach experiences. Papers were presented in various formats (oral presentations, posters, workshops and conferences) and different fields (dentistry, veterinary medicine, ecology, natural resource management and sustainable development). Members of

"STRENGTHENING OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF PAINTING, Department of Artigas."
"IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF MILK HYGIENE OF PRODUCING A MICRO INDUSTRIES SENDER."
"PROPOSAL OF A PROTECTED AREA OF THE MOUNTAINS NATURAL COASTAL LAND OF PAINTED ON THE RIVER Cuareim.
"CONSTRUCTION OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF A PARTICIPATORY STRATEGY OF SOCIAL INCLUSION WITH RECYCLED MATERIALS FILES OF THE CITY OF RIVERA.
To Campon the activity is a key initiative in the promotion and dissemination of research and extension in the Northeast, committing to future events promoted by the Centro Universitario de Rivera.
