PHILOSOPHY CHANGE CONGRESS API

Buying a home is one of the most important things
that most mortals do throughout our lives.

When we do buy a car for use and for our own enjoyment. The same happens with the new plasma TV, we moved the couch the other better, etc ... No one argues that we do to get an economic benefit to our purchase. We know in advance that with the passage of time all these things lose their value, but do not care.

In recent years, anyone who decided to buy a home thinking it was going to do business. Not only those who bought off plan at the start of a promotion to sell at the end of the work. Who also had purchased the house or flat where dwelt would normally see that monthly increases its value and decided to sell it to buy a house or an apartment larger than his time would be worth much more in the future. This greased by some financial institutions that gave us all the capital needed and more, with some assessments and with the approval hypervalue of all those who thought that this system of speculative capitalism was the discovery of the Philosopher's Stone in economics.

Unlike cars, televisions, sofas, etc ... housing will always have a value as real estate they are. Its price will rise more or less (depending on courses) but always at a premium to have longevity and persistence, unlike the property referred.

The change in philosophy or attitude toward the purchase of our house must regain the sense of pursuing our own enjoyment and that of our family, leaving a second or third term benefit from it we can get over time.

This reflection today is motivated by some recent statements I have read the sr. Warren Buffet, a well-known American investor and second richest man in the world, in which he said: "The main reason for buying a home should be the enjoyment of it, not profit"

Today we will find yourself very good housing, commensurate with our potential and very good price, ... so they can be enjoyed.
